Responsibilities:
• Identify, define and prioritize product features based on market demands and customer feedback.
• Work closely with a team of talented developers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and fixes.
• Facilitate daily standup meetings using Agile and Scrum/Kanban principles and best practices.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
• Develop the product strategy and roadmap together with internal teams and VP Product.
• Support Sales as a product expert, offering in-depth product expertise during sales meetings.
• Be a Subject Matter Expert on data visualization and business document creation, providing guidance and training to both internal teams and clients.
What are we looking for?
Experience from Consulting (Business/Management/IT), or from similar roles in SaaS scale-up/start-ups is preferable.
In addition, we are looking for candidates with:
• Great project management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong personal drive
• Tech-savviness
• Proficiency in English (Norwegian is not a requirement)
Excellent skills and experience with PowerPoint and Excel will make you stand out.
