Looking for a career in Product Management?
Join the team and help fast-growing Grunt to become the industry standard in data visualization tools, actively shaping the future of data-driven decision-making for businesses.
As the first Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between business strategy and technical implementation, gathering insights from users and stakeholders to help identify, form and develop Grunts product.
Grunt is a fast-growing SaaS company based in Oslo developing data visualization tools for businesses. Our mission is to actively shape the future of data-driven decision-making.
Grunt’s founder and CEO, Mads Gedde, a former consultant at BCG, worked daily with tools like Excel and PowerPoint, and found that they were wasting copious amounts of time copy-pasting data and re-creating visualizations instead of focusing on the insights and value creation. This became the foundation for forming Grunt.
Today, Grunt serves a growing list of well-known brands in many industries, like consulting, banking and utilities - both in Norway and internationally. Now we are rigging the company for further growth, and this is an excellent opportunity to take part in the exciting next phase of the company’s history.
• Identify, define and prioritize product features based on market demands and customer feedback.
• Work closely with a team of talented developers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and fixes.Experience from Consulting (Business/Management/IT), or from similar roles in SaaS scale-up/start-ups is preferable.
In addition, we are looking for candidates with:
• Great project management skills
Excellent skills and experience with PowerPoint and Excel will make you stand out.
• Opportunity to work for a start-up where you can make a difference immediately
• Learn from a highly skilled team in a product-driven company, offering a great platform to build and enhance your Product Management skills
• Be part of a closely knit, diverse, and international team in an agile and flat organization (Grunt is currently around 20 people)
• Work in a result-oriented culture with flexible work hours
• Spacious and modern offices at Lysaker.
• Paid lunch in the local canteen (excellent hot and cold options from their cherished chef!) and overtime food if required
• Competitive salary
If you thrive in a non-corporate informal startup culture, are interested in product management and ready for the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply. If you think this sounds like you, please let us know!
