We are a 20+ employee Oslo-based SaaS start-up founded by former top consultants, and we are now looking for our next Marketing Manager to help us scale. We are a growing team with more than 10 nationalities, we are a diverse and fun bunch of people! • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that complements our sales efforts and accelerates growth.
• Be hands-on in implementing marketing initiatives, from ABM and digital campaigns to content creation, lead generation and beyond.
• Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for brand expansion.
• Foster a data-driven approach, measuring and optimizing marketing performance to ensure ROI.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a unified approach to market penetration and customer acquisition.
• Skilled in B2B marketing, particularly in the SaaS or tech industry, with a proven track record of driving growth. A few years of experience from similar or relevant role will be an advantage.
• Experience with enterprise companies as the ICP and a good understanding of how to engage decision-makers at different levels (from C-level to Analyst).
• A creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, start-up environments and is comfortable being the underdog.
• Excellent communicator and team player with a passion for mentoring and building high-performing teams.
